Refund policy

VitaMamma printables are digital downloads, so we can’t take them back once they’re delivered. If something is wrong with a file, we’ll make it right.

• File won’t open or download: contact us and we’ll send a working copy.
• Error in a file, or it isn’t what the product page described: contact us within 14 days of purchase for a corrected file or a full refund.
• Bought the same product twice by mistake: we’ll refund the duplicate.
